Fantastic garage I’ve been using for the last 4 years for MOTs, replacement tyres, full services and other repairs. They’re helpful, fairly priced and honest which is everything you want from a garage. They’re always on hand to lend advice and answer those “stupid” questions we all have and will take the time to explain why something needs doing that way. I have been recommending Harvey and his team to family and friends for many years, for the simple reason that they provide an honest, professional, and personal service at a fair price. The term, “good old fashioned service” springs to mind. I have previously commented on the experience of a young friend (my wife’s hairdresser), who was quoted a ridiculous price by a main dealer to sort her Mini. She went to Berrylands who quickly identified the fault as a much simpler problem and fixed it at a fraction of the price. The bill for a recent full service and MOT on my Mazda CX5 tow car was below my expectations and was quickly carried out. Well done guys and thank you!

Hello, I have a Mercedes A(A180) class which is notoriously problematic car. I got failure notice in MOT due to boot door malfuction, so I visited several local garages, but some of them couldnt fix it and others advised me quite high cost (nearly 1K). Finally, I found this place by googling and tried to get advise and solution. When I visited there, I was very impressed about their service:
1.They found what exactly the problem is. (I could see that they are expert)
2.Excellent and reliable part procurement (They called Mercerdes directly to order correct part when I was there. I am sure that they have well connections with actual car part procument companies.)
3.Brilliant customer service (They kept updating me whilst fixing)
4. BEST PRICE (Honest)
Some garage advised me 1K to fix boots including MOT and service, but Barrylands Autocare charged me 500 based on finding out actual problem, correct part and discounted labor charge.

I am very happy that they sorted out my car problem and I recommended this garage to my friends.

Just had my car MOT’d here. Great service from Harvey and the guys. Nice family run business, highly recommend. Oh and they do some great restoration work as well. One to bear in mind if that classic car has been gathering dust in the garage for many a year!

Really friendly, honest team and the prices are always fair

I used to go to my Audi dealer, but I’m really glad I moved to this local garage. Very easy pickup arrangements in the evenings too, which is a real bonus if you don’t get back from work until 7 or later.

I have been using Berrylands Autocare for a number of years and with a number of cars! But recently I had to ask them to undertake their biggest job for me yet, replacing my Turbo after a mechanical failure. As always Harvey communicated absolutely everything to me and gave me various options at each stage, he dealt with the warranty company for me and made sure they had all the technical information they required. He booked me in quickly and got the job done from diagnosis to completion in record time. He looked at my headlight for me and temporarily fixed it, he has followed up with me today having sourced the part very cheaply and booked it in to get it fixed on Monday! They provide a fabulous service from start to finish, they’re thorough, honest and attentive to their customers and they even left my radio on Smooth FM!

The is the best garage I have ever been to. I’ve had an MOT, service and repairs done here. The staff are all very friendly and approachable. My car recently needed lots of replacement parts and they looked at the car straight away when I took it to them right at the end of the day. They made me feel welcome and did not hurry me in any way. They kept me well informed of the repairs needed and gave me a hugely generous price for repairs! They helped me make decisions about the car and offered great advice. They are highly trust worthy and honest and as a female they are very kind and explain what work that needs doing and how they plan on going about it. I feel very pleased to have this garage as my local and would continue to use it even if I moved out of the area! Thank you Berrylands Autocare!

Great family run garage.

The friendly family garage service you can really trust. Take both my cars and my family take there two cars too. Have done for years. Honest people. Loads of time to explain any issues you may have. I had a big problem in the morning with a non starting car which was late for a MOT. They were busy but still came out to me in the pouring rain. Got the car started and still found time to get my MOT sorted. Great service.

I will continue to recommend them to friend’s and family though. Over the last year they have helped out two friends who have been extremely pleased and impressed (one was about to be blatantly ripped off by their non local BMW main dealer which they had loyally supported for years). I do not recognise the one star review which has been recently posted; my experience of Berrylands over more than 5 years has always been extremely good, which is reflected in two previous 5 star reviews. Their customer service is excellent and they have always sorted out any problem quickly, honestly and at a fair price, which is all anyone can ask of their garage. I would stress that I have no financial or personal connection with Berrylands Autocare.

I recently recommended a young family friend to Berrylands after her mini was diagnosed with a wrecked engine and a huge bill!. The first garage also offered to buy her car for peanuts!. Excellent service

Santokh (Sukh) has always been very helpful and generous with his knowledge when dealing with my car – he recently installed an aftermarket exhaust for me, which came with no gaskets, sealant or nuts and bolts. He sourced all of these for me at a very reasonable price, and fitted the exhaust in good time – despite having to hack my old rusted backbox off and straighten the new backbox up! I definitely recommend him, and this garage. Thank you very much!

Probably one of the most reliable and honest auto repair spots I’ve been to. I’ve been here numerous times and every time they’ve given me an honest assessment and at a much better price than some other places. From MOT to Service or Convertible roof repairs, they cover it all.

I count myself lucky to have this garage on my doorstep. How often do you find somewhere that does what they say they’ll do, keeps you informed, and does what they can to keep the costs down. I had a tricky problem with my golf, but they sorted it out, and thanks to their quick service I made it to Norfolk in time to be with my family for Christmas. Big thank you!

Friendly and honest

My 1998 Honda civic had sat in the drive for 4 years without moving, decided that it needed to go back on the road. Took it in to these guys for an mot expecting the worst and was very pleased to find all it needed was the centre part of the exhaust replaced. They did this and the mot ready the next day at a very reasonablr price. I have used other garages in the past where I know they would have loaded me up with faults. Will always use Berrylands Autocare in future. Great service, great price and honesty!

I Can’t Recommend Them Highly Enough

I first used Berrylands Autocare in January this year to sort out a problem with my wife’s Hyundai (not reaching operating temperature – below cold even after long run). Hyundai Belmont were useless and failed to rectify the problem even after I suggestd that the thermostat was faulty (said that there was nothing wrong with it after keeping it all day). I stopped using my local garage in The Avenue some time ago after a series of problems and poor customer service (last time car returned with two front wheel nuts missing!). I have been extremely impressed with Berrylands Autocare. It is a family run outfit and their customer care is excellent. They sorted out the thermostat quickly and at a very acceptable price. I was shown the parts they removed and was kept informed throughout. They have just sorted out my daughters elderly Renualt Meganne which had been diagnosed by the RAC with a series of very expensive problems. Berrylands quickly identiied a relatively minor issue with a cranshaft seal which was repaired quickly and at a modest price. Very impressed indeed!

Helped me out, and did it with a smile

The MOT on my car expired just as I was trying to sell it. These guys set me up with an MOT on about 30 minutes notice, and didn’t try to upsell me on any repairs that didn’t need to be made – the report came back squeaky clean.

The staff there are friendly and don’t give you an attitude down the phone like some of the others I tried to call. While I was waiting for the report back, another customer came in just to give one of the mechanics a tip for a problem he’d helped out with earlier – you wouldn’t see that at Kwik Fit.

Harvey and the team are really reliable

I needed an urgent MOT as I was due to pick my daughter up from hospital. The team drove my car into Kingston to get a replacement tyre – just so I could meet her on time. They really went beyond the call of duty and in a busy world its great to know that they cared enough. Have used them for years – could not recommend them enough.

I’m very happy to recommend this garage to my friends and family. My ageing Saab recently failed its MOT on a couple of points and they were very helpful in fixing the faults quickly and within my budget. The owners were friendly and listened to my concerns and their mechanics really went above and beyond to sort a particular recurring problem I’ve had with the electrics. When you find a garage you can trust it is a weight off your mind.

Excellent honest service!

I took my car in this morning expecting to be without my car for a few days and to be told I would need a new clutch. I was advised they may not be able to look at my car until tomorrow because they were very busy. Four hours later I was called to say they had fixed my car! The gear selector had seized so they applied grease which solved the problem. Very honest of them! I highly recommend Berrylands Autocare.

Fixed my whole exhaust for a very competitive price before repairing other bits for my MOT. very pleased with job they did. Very frank and open upfront with what needed fixing and seeking permission before proceeding. Communicated with me throughout which was great. Also waited for me to pick car even though it was past the closing time.

As a family we always use this garage. The service is excellent and we alway use a gentleman there called Santok. Santok provides excellent Customer Service and a very full and on time service at good rates. Excellent value for money. It would take a lot for us to change garages now.

personally speaking, i think they are providing excellent services and the managers are very professional. show you what have been changed and you will get a peaceful mind. i changed cambelt and waterpump and they even check the water level next day morning, this are somethings even main dealers won’t do.

Very Rare Find – Honest & Unparalleled service.

I would and do recommend this garage to everyone. Truly wonderful to have found an honest, reliable, hardworking garage that go the extra mile, No pun intended).

I had an electrical fault shutting off the engine intermittently, they spent an entire day looking for it, found it, and only charged me for an hour. They consistently try and work out the most economical way to suit what you need and like the other reviewer stated, never spring extras on you.

I’ve been unwell, and they offered to either collect my car for its MOT or drive me home etc.

Harvey the owner constantly does the best by his customers.
